Lastly, attendees will utilize modern, evidence-based, commonsense techniques to help families raise healthy kids, inside and out.

“COVID-19 and Intuitive Eating: A Non-Dieting Approach to Children and Families”

By the end of this session, participants will be able to understand how environmental and social changes related to the coronavirus pandemic have increased the risk of both eating disorders and childhood obesity. In addition, attendees will understand the10 Principles of Intuitive Eating and how intuitive eating and mindful eating skills can be utilized to foster a healthy relationship with food and eating throughout the lifespan.
